I have been making, creating and decorating cakes for the past 20 years, mainly for fun and as a hobby for family, friends and celebrations.
Training began at night school in Aylesbury, where I learned how to create flowers and frills for cakes.
This followed on with more personal tuition at the teacher’s home in Bierton, in Aylesbury who later moved to the Isle of White.
